Most trackers assume one task at a time and force you to lie about the reality of a build running while you review a PR. FounderPilot tracks concurrent sessions, each with its own clock, and overlapping blocks on the calendar are legal by design rather than by accident.

Timer sessions survive a refresh and a closed laptop; a heartbeat detects idle time and asks what to do with it rather than silently keeping the clock running.

Two-way sync, so the calendar stops being a copy

An issue assigned to you appears as a task. Scheduling it, tracking it, or completing it writes back. The point is that you stop maintaining two lists that disagree by Wednesday.

Conflicts are recorded in a sync event log and are reversible rather than resolved silently in favour of whichever system wrote last.

Not a chat box bolted to the side. It reads your tasks, your calendar, and your ledger, and it can reschedule, create, and reprioritise through the same API the UI uses.

Every mutation stops at an approval gate you see before it runs, and every call is recorded with its cost and the exact prompt version behind it.

Calendar canvasBuilt: A three-pane shell. Drag a task onto an hour and it becomes a scheduled block. Protected blocks keep lunch and deep work from being scheduled over.
Tasks and projectsBuilt: Lists, boards, sub-tasks five levels deep, tags, saved views, and recurrence with real RRULE semantics rather than "every week-ish".
Auto-schedulingBuilt: A solver proposes a week against your working hours, deadlines, priorities, and the times of day you actually finish that kind of work. You review the proposal and reject it if it is wrong.
Time ledger and estimate calibrationPartial: Every tracked minute is an immutable ledger row; corrections are adjusting entries, never edits. Over time it tells you the factor by which you under-estimate.

Two things worth knowing before you sign up

The scheduler is a proposal, not a verdict

Auto-schedulers fail when people start fighting them and switch them off. FounderPilot never moves your week without showing you the diff first, and rejecting a proposal is a normal thing to do rather than a workaround.

Some of this is not built yet

Everything above is tagged. Built means it works today. Partial means the backend is there and the screen is not finished. Planned means it is specified and not yet written. Nothing on this page is a mockup presented as shipped.

Start with one week of your real work
