DayDock

Account age requirements

DayDock accounts are for people aged 13 and older. Children under 13 may not create or use an account. A parent's permission does not override this account restriction.

Before showing signup fields, we ask you to check a box confirming that you are 13 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth. We retain the eligibility result, the check time and the policy version. A temporary signup permit expires after 30 minutes.

You must confirm that you are 13 or older before we ask for your name, email or password. Leaving the box unchecked keeps signup paused and does not block you from trying again. Existing temporary age-denial cookies remain in effect for 24 hours.

Existing account holders must complete the check before accessing workspace data. An account identified as underage is blocked from access and cannot remove that block by checking the confirmation box.

New accounts use email signup after the age check. Google and GitHub sign-in are available for existing accounts; they cannot create a new account through this flow.
